Selected for New York Film Academy Film & TV Workshops

Very excited and proud to share that I have been accepted into two of New York Film Academy’s prestigious workshops. As part of winning the Final Draft Big Break competition, I have been selected to participate in this year’s workshops. I’ll be working with fellow Big Break winners developing and crafting two new television pilots along with a whole new feature film.

As described by the New York Film Academy: “NYFA’s flagship workshops and programs offer students a unique, comprehensive experience in a short period of time that range from a week to a semester. From day one, students are immersed in hands-on programs in the visual and performing arts, and complete a range of projects designed to teach them creative and technical skills in their chosen field.”

I’ve been lucky enough to be working with a brilliant television writer, Jerry Shandy, who’s worked on many notable television shows including Dominion and Batwoman. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the development process and has a very practical hands on approach.

Here he discusses his work on Batwoman: CLICK HERE FOR INTERVIEW.
